HOW IT WORKS

It's easy to apply

Getting approved for a student loan1 or refinance2 can take up to six weeks. Here’s how it works:

  1. You send in your application.
  2. You upload your documents.
  3. We ask your school to certify your loan, or we review your refinance application.
  4. We send the money directly to your school or your previous lender.

Don’t worry—we’ll send you email updates throughout the process, so you always know what’s going on. If you need help, we have counselors available.
